The most recent addition to the Ratnakara team, Nadun is our amazing and exceptionally talented young chef.
Originally from South Central Sri Lanka he has worked in the kitchens of various hotels, restaurants and high-end villas in Kandy, Tangalle and Hikkaduwa.
Nadun’s Sri Lankan curries are sublime and a fabulous choice for your first meal at Ratanakara to really immerse you in the local cuisine. He also has a wide repertoire of “Western” dishes and is a seafood/fish specialist. Nadun lives to cook and in his spare moments can often be found in the kitchen indulging his passion for baking – bread, rolls, cakes… mmmnnn
